THE SPRINGS RESORT AND SPA, MONTERREY, COSTA RICA :: We were hoping the horseback ride in Las Vegas would be enough to satisfy Miranda for a while, but they loved it so much we knew we had to do it again soon. This time in the jungles, plains, and rivers around Arenal. It was a great experience for all, and unlike our previous ride, these horses loved to trot and canter – which was a little scary at first for the twins!
