SANTA MONICA, CA :: While in Southern California, we felt we needed to spend a couple days at the beach. So off to Santa Monica we went, where we spent the first day relaxing in the pool and strolling along Third Street Promenade. For lunch, we introduced the kids to one of our favorites: Barney's Beanery – which has an excellent menu, fun decor, and outdoor booths for prime people watching.
