PIONEERTOWN, CA :: Pioneertown was supposed to be a quick pit stop on our way to Joshua Tree, but we ended up spending a couple hours there. This quirky little Old West movie-set town feels both frozen in time and very alive: cool shops, dusty streets, and boardwalks. The highlight was Pappy & Harriet’s – an amazing restaurant and legendary concert venue rolled into one. Charlie was digging all the concert posters for the bands that had played there.
