WASHINGTON MIDSUMMER RENAISSANCE FAIRE, SNOHOMISH, WA :: First Ren Faire! The twins spent months planning and crafting their tiefling costumes – horns, tails, and outfits all pieced together from cardboard, hot glue, paint, and thrift shop finds. So glad we joined in the role-play fun, as nearly everyone was dressed up, and we would’ve felt out of place otherwise! I was hoping to rock my Viking face paint and go glasses-free, but the hot day and my struggle with contacts made that tricky. Still, we had a great time exploring all the vendors and events. We also met up with our friend Inigo Montoya and his family! He was a hit at the fair, with everyone helping him on his quest to find the six-fingered man. Such a fun experience – definitely thinking this will become an annual tradition!
