The TSX
EDMONDS, WA :: Check out Kristie’s new ride!
Kristie replaced her Acura Integra with a sporty, new Acura TSX. It looks and drives great! The TSX has several features that will make Kristie’s life much easier. She has nearly no navigational ability, so the large-screen GPS system is a huge benefit. The car also has Bluetooth for hands-free cell phone use. Both features will be very useful for her client visits and on-the-road calls.
Nearly everything in the car can be controlled by speaking a command. The voice recognition software has a vocabulary of 700 phrases, such as “driver temperature 68,” “dial John,” “lock doors,” “radio station 2,” or “find nearest parking garage.” A pleasant sounding female voice confirms each request accurately and quickly.
It was fun learning how to use the car and taking it for a few spins over the Memorial Day weekend. We took these photos at nearby Yost Park.

Nice looking car! Congrats! Looks like it would be fun to drive.
Uh oh Kristie– a navigational system! No more excuses for getting lost!!! (Not that your excellent sense of direction would allow THAT…)
Tee hee…
Annie
Nearly no navigational ability? …. Be careful or she’ll set the NavCom for “John Brown” and have a leetle accident!
John,Does this mean you get to choose the washing machine now? Congrats Kristie!
Jess,
We already bought our washing machine. It’s “practical”. 🙂 John still wants a plasma TV. I love the car! Thanks.
That’s a sweeeet ride. Can you take it off any jumps?
Hi GuysLooks like a very sweet ride. Nice job with the pictures. John, go with a Home Theater Projector and save yourself some money. Take care.
