SOUTHWEST VACATION DAY 2 :: SAN DIEGO, CA :: The second day of our vacation started with an early arrival at Sea World for a breakfast buffet with the orcas. The killer whales enjoyed whole fish and ice cubes (a treat for them) while we ate fruit, pastries, eggs, sausage, hash browns, french toast and all the bacon I could ever want! We walked through various exhibits, rode a log plume ride, and saw several shows, which were all very entertaining. A highlight for Kristie was when she was able to pet a dolphin. She said its skin felt unexpectantly grippy, like a rubber balloon!
