OLYMPIC NATIONAL PARK, WA :: After my snowshoe trip atop Hurricane Hill, I drove west to nearby Lake Crescent to check out Marymere Falls. The trail starts at the Storm King ranger station, wandering less than two miles roundtrip through a mossy, old-growth forest. If you’re in the area, it is definitely worth the short hike to see and enjoy this splendid 90′ waterfall.
