PALACE OF FINE ARTS, CA :: Today we left San Francisco and drove up to Humboldt County, the midway point to our next destination, Bandon. We stopped by The Palace of Fine Arts and Crissy Field to get a view of Karl the Fog. We also cruised through the Avenue of Giants, but mostly enjoyed some down time at our little rental cottage in Fortuna. We played some board games and relaxed. The kids even found a family of friendly Bombay kittens to play with before they went to bed.
