EAGLE COVE BEACH, FRIDAY HARBOR, WA :: There’s a tiny beach next to where we stay appropriately named Eagle Cove. We always see several eagles here, and today we were surprised to see another creature! At first we were excited it was a sea otter, being in the sea and all, but it just turned out to be a confused river otter. (The photos of the eagle and otter were taken by Miranda!)
