KAILUA BEACH ADVENTURES, KAILUA, HI :: Today we tried paddle boarding Kailua Beach to Lanikai Beach and the Mokes, a couple of islands visible about a 90 minute paddle away. Unfortunately the winds were too strong and we could barely maintain our position beyond the swim buoys. After giving it our best, we turned back for lunch on the beach and had a better time in the canals. We had fun on the water, but the highlight might have been the refreshing Island Snow shaved ice we enjoyed after returning our boards!
