SAN IGNACIO, BELIZE :: We packed our last full day in Belize with a ton of activities: bird watching, exploring the Xunantunich ruins, taking our car across a river via a hand-cranked ferry, petting green iguanas, butterflies, and caterpillars, shopping the local market, and wrapping it all up with a night walk through the jungle!
