We are looking for a full time Registered Nurse (RN) for a Supervisor of Clinical Services position in Home Health Care. The pay and benefits for this Home Health Clinical Manager position are generous. This position is also referred to as a clinical manager in some home health agencies. The Clinical Supervisor does NOT need supervisor experience in home health but must have at least 2 years of current or very recent experience in home health with Medicare patients including proficiency with the OASIS documentation to qualify for this position. Supervisor experience in any healthcare setting is a big plus! The RN Supervisor will work between two offices, one in Ventura, and the other in Thousand Oaks. This registered nurse position is with a homecare company that has been in business many years, therefore it has stability and longevity. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE HOME HEALTH CLINICAL RN SUPERVISOR POSITION: The Clinical Supervisor does NOT need supervisor experience in home health but must have at least 2 years of current or very recent experience in home health with Medicare patients including proficiency with the OASIS documentation to qualify for this position. Supervisor experience in any healthcare setting is a big plus! The Clinical Supervisor must be a registered nurse (RN). The Clinical Supervisor must be licensed in the state as an RN. The RN must either be a US Citizen or have your green card-- no exceptions. A COVID-19 vaccine is required for this position.
