TULUM BEACH, QUINTANA ROO, MEXICO :: The second half of our Mexican vacation was spent in Tulum. We found a very nice and rare rental overlooking the beach, quiet and secluded from the increasingly popular hotel zone. Our first day greeted us with thunderstorms and a torrential downpour, but the clear skies soon returned allowing us to enjoy splashing in the waves or just lounging around the property. It was the perfect base for our adventures in and around Tulum!
