RED ROCK CANYON, NV :: We saved the best Las Vegas adventure for last: a horseback ride up, through, and back down the beautiful desert landscape around Red Rock Canyon. Miranda was especially thrilled since they've been going through an intense horse loving phase, reading through every book in the library. People say don't bring your kids to Las Vegas, but as we were heading home, they claimed it was their best vacation yet!
