PLAYACAR BEACH, QUINTANA ROO, MEXICO :: For the first half of our vacation, we rented a humble little place just steps from the beach. But it also has this little pool for when the beach just feels too far away. Also, the living room is missing a couple of walls, leaving us completely exposed to the view outside. We’re really roughing it out here. We did finally manage to drag ourselves out to the ocean, but it was warm, calm and a strange turquoise color. I guess some people like this kind of thing. It was alright, I suppose. 😉
