FEUCHTWANGEN, GERMANY :: Between our destinations of Gelnhausen and Rothenburg, I found a “layover” vacation rental within an small, unfamiliar, and unassuming town named Feuchtwangen. We were very pleased to discover Feuchtwangen to be a well preserved and beautiful German gem. Our cute little green rental was more than 500 years old and adjacent to the main square and two churches. We really enjoyed walking through the streets, discovering parks, museums, shops, and restaurants along the way.
