Job description
We are looking for an Office Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks.

Office Assistant’s responsibilities include preparing documents and coordinating suppliers and clients. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, and be able to act without guidance.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Prepare documents and help vendors and clients
Requirements and skills:
  • Work experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
  • Good MS Office knowledge, such as Excel and Word
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • High School degree
  • Must be able to communicate both in English and Spanish
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
