• Valid LVN / LPN License in the state in which you plan to practice

WHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE

• Communicate to physicians, ancillary providers and families any changes of condition or other care related information ensuring continuity of care
• Provide medication administration to an assigned group of residents according to physicians orders and report any adverse reactions or clinical observations documenting as necessary
• Use your astute observation & critical thinking skills when responding to resident care needs
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families throughout your shift
• Advance your nursing skills & mentor others by working in a fast paced team-oriented Assisted Living & Memory Care community

Pay: $37.00 - $39.00 per hour
