What we’re looking for:

Dedicated home furnishing sales experts committed to providing exceptional customer service. Work schedule is negotiable, but Saturday and Sunday availability is required.

Our sales associates must meet the following criteria:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience
• Basic computer skills
• Able to effectively communicate information to customers in a professional manner
• Able to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions
• Able to add, subtract, multiple, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Possesses a friendly and approachable demeanor as well as a positive “can do” attitude
• Ability to collaborate with other members of the team
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic with reliable attendance

What you’ll do:

• Greet customers and serve as point of instore contact
• Provide product knowledge and support with customer questions
• Process all sales transactions with assistance from the General Manager
• Complete paperwork related to the sales process, such as building invoices and quotes
• Generate sales leads by following up with customers and sending out promotional items
• Build a sales pipeline by networking and building relationships with clients
• Collaborate with the delivery department for effective, on-time delivery
• Research and learn about product from all major vendors and product lines
• Assist with answering phones, cleaning the showroom, and other duties as assigned by management
