We are looking for an energetic and driven leader to join our team as the Footwear Sales Department Manager in our Bozeman store. You will spend most of your time as an active and visible leader, motivating, directing, and coaching employees. You will also ensure that the highest levels of customer satisfaction are achieved. You will report directly to the Store Manager and oversee the footwear sales department. In addition to working with a great team and the top vendors in the industry, you'll have access to exclusive pricing and discounts on all your favorite brands and gear!

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and promote team and individual development and engagement
• Manage the footwear team and their schedules
• Facilitate new hire training
• Build & maintain strong customer relationships
• Stay current on the latest sports and outdoor trends and technology
• Prepare the footwear dept. for promotions, ensuring signs are accurate and footwear displays are organized
• Oversee all footwear replenishment
• Maintain the sales floor with the highest standard of organization and cleanliness
• Store opening and closing procedures
• All other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
