CFS is seeking a Floor Technician/Custodian in the Findlay, OH area!

** All Shift availability throughout the week (mainly 2nd shift) including Saturday & Sunday**

~Company vehicles are taken from the office to each job site~

**MUST have valid drivers license**

Position Overview

The position is responsible is floor care of stripping and waxing along with carpet cleaning in addition to janitorial duties.

Essential Job Functions

• Strip and wax floors
• Scrub and buff floors
• Deep clean carpets
• Clean and sanitize using established practices and procedures when working as a janitor.
• Use and maintain assigned power equipment or hand tools of a buffer, auto scrubber, extractor, high pressure washer.
• Follow instructions; including those of chemicals and supplies.
• Safely operate all vehicle and other job required equipment.
• Must maintain SDS sheets are on hand for all floor chemicals when traveling to job sites.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to lift 10-20 lbs with or without accommodations
