Wellspring Community Support Service, a recovery oriented mental health agency, has openings in our innovative programs. Wellspring’s approach is person-centered with emphasis on skill development. We promote wellness and recovery. Programs help individuals assess their strengths and skills, while identifying and attaining personal goals. We are looking for individuals with positive energy. Must possess good oral and written communication skills. Good computer, time management and organizational skills are essential. Education requirements vary in each program but minimally require a high school diploma or GED; college course work or degree in human services or related field is preferred. Individuals with the lived experience of serious mental illness are encouraged to apply. Candidates with an understanding of recovery principals will receive preference. These programs may require some evening and weekend hours. A valid, clean driver’s license required.
