Ravenwood Health is hiring a Full-Time 3rd shift Qualified Behavioral Health Specialist at our adult residential/crisis stabilization unit: Ravenwood Health offers a competitive benefit package that includes a flexible work culture. The Transitional Living Center provides a 24/7 supervised living environment for adults with severe and persistent mental illness who need stabilization and assistance with adult daily living skills to successfully transition back into a community setting. In addition, staff members answer, address, and refer calls for the Geauga County Crisis Hotline, Copeline.

This is a great position for those who like a fast-paced environment, as well as those who want to gain valuable experience in the behavioral health field.

Qualified Behavioral Health Specialist Job Duties:

• Monitoring clients with mental illness
• Assistance with independent living skills
• Medication monitoring
• Manage and respond to crisis line calls routing the calls to the appropriate referral
• Cleaning and tidying of the facility
• Completing daily logs, summaries, and state required paperwork

Qualified Behavioral Health Specialist Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid driver's license
