BANDON, OR :: Bandon’s beach is flanked by tall cliffs and picturesque rock spires. We explored caverns that flirted dangerously with the rising tide. The wind was whipping fiercely, so please excuse our contorted expressions. During one selfie attempt, a wave snuck up on us and almost drowned our toes. This beach is also famous for the artists that rake geometric patterns into the sand. Unfortunately, we missed the art by a day, so we felt compelled to make our own. We hope visitors that day enjoyed our giant snail leaving a trail of flowers!
