KAHUKU, HI :: The best eats on Oahu are in Kahuku right alongside the Kamehameha Highway on the way to the North Shore. There we found over a dozen food trucks spanning a wide spectrum of yummy meals and treats. The kids enjoyed corn dogs, fries, churros and ice cream from the Corn Dog Company and Ty’s Beach Bus. Kristie had a large rice platter from Thong’s Thai. And I dug into the best Korean BBQ short ribs ever from Kalbi on Fire! Looking back, I wish we had eaten here every day!
