What You’ll Do:
The Admissions and Transitions Manager is a member of the Rite of Passage team implementing the ROP program. This position is responsible for developing new marketing opportunities in state and county sectors, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified students to the ROP program, assisting students and families with transitional plans and services, and serving as program liaison to placing officials. Depending on location, the Admissions and Transitions Manager reports to the Director of Student Services, Program Director or other designated supervisor.
To be considered, you should:
- BA/BS in related field or substitute experience for up to two years toward a degree. (Master’s degree preferred).
- Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
- Have a desire to work with troubled teens and 1 years of experience working with at-risk juveniles and their families or other related experience.
- Strong knowledge of overall operations and policies and procedures.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
