This position offers an optional hybrid work schedule, with three days working in the office and two days working remotely.

We are seeking a motivated, passionate leader to join our Project Office team as a Software Quality Assurance Supervisor. In this role, you will lead a team of QA analysts in implementing software testing processes based on the requirements set forth by the project teams to ensure quality in systems function and performance.

Our ideal candidate will be equipped to adapt quickly to new challenges and high priorities as well as be able to track progress and communicate metrics to stakeholders according to project deadlines and goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in professional experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience overseeing a team responsible for quality assurance, testing analytics, or systems development.
• A strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience testing in an Agile environment.
• Demonstrated management talents and ability to bridge the gap between business goals and IT processes.
