West Virginia's hungry through a network of feeding programs and engage the state in the fight to end hunger.

What you'll do

We need a highly motivated individual that will be responsible for leading
Mountaineer Food Bank’s state impact and engagement activities as part of the Development Team. They will work directly with business communities and partners to strengthen communication and heighten community partnership. This position will travel the state, attending and creating impactful events for communicating the work done by Mountaineer Food
Bank and it’s partners.

Here are examples of what you'll be doing everyday:

• Works collaboratively with partners throughout the state to ensure

MFB’s mission is effectively communicated throughout the state.

• To manage and support MFB’s initiatives through statewide meeting facilitation, ongoing communication among partners and implementation.
• Build relationships with new regional partners, volunteers, businesses and donors to keep them engaged with MFB mission.

The starting salary is $40,000 plus a generous benefit package including
100% employer paid health, vision, dental, and life insurance for the employee. This position also includes 11 paid holidays, generous paid time off, and a 401k option. We also believe in supporting each other and investing in our team’s well-being and growth through providing in-house opportunities for professional and personal development.

This position is hybrid (50% onsite 50% remote/travel). This position will report to our Weston, WV location two days per week.
