Job description

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring the safety of our customers and employees, as well as maintaining a pleasant and efficient workplace for our employees. As a Shift Manager, it is critical that you complete your daily reports accurately and on time. We are looking for a talented individual who can work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process store merchandise deliveries.
• Manage employees to ensure that store and department assignments are being effectively carried out.
• Schedule employees' work hours, including days off, vacations, and holidays.
• Supervise employees to ensure that assigned tasks are completed.
• Ensure that the company's products are properly represented in the merchandise displays, including pricing of items, maintenance of promotional displays, inventory level, and location of items within the store.
• Consider customers’ needs and desires when making decisions about product stock.
• Ensure that cash registers are accurately balanced at the end of each shift.
• Maintain an inventory of office supplies.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
