Senior Brand Partnerships Manager - Fully Remote, US
Kyra’s a global creator economy company that bridges the gap between brands and TikTok creators. We are a team of creators at our core, producing best-in-class social content geared for Gen-Z while accelerating a world for creators to do the same with ease.
Our portfolio encompasses Kyra Creators, our Creator Platform and Marketplace where we execute global Creator programmes for brand partners; Kyra Studios, our social production studio that creates social content on behalf of brands; Kyra Originals, our owned and operated TikTok channels.
Last year we raised $10 million in Series A funding to build & launch a brand new platform that will revolutionise the creator economy as we know it by empowering creators. The Kyra platform is a place where creators find new deals with the best brands in the world and get paid for pursuing their passions.

About the Role
The Senior Brand Partnerships Manager is responsible for selling Kyra’s digital media services, delivering on its three core pillars – Creators, Studios, Originals – to brand marketers and agencies, delivering on quarterly and annual revenue goals. This position reports directly to CRO.
This hire will have a track record in executing sales - effectively moving significant deals through the pipeline stages and ultimately closing business. The Senior Brand Partnerships Manager will be responsible for prospecting, opening doors, engaging with marketers and agencies, and building a healthy pipeline of opportunities. Additionally, this person will work with internal stakeholders and teams to deliver turnkey and customised programs that drive client success.
This role requires sales experience within the Creator and Influencer Economy. The Senior Brand Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic positioning of Kyra’s products and services, while also informing Kyra internal stakeholders and other departments of marketplace opportunities within the provided categories, including seasonal and timely revenue drivers.
This person is a strategic thinker, highly motivated, and energetic, capable of achieving aggressive revenue goals. The Senior Brand Partnerships Manager has a proven ability to best understand the business needs and solutions of our brand and agency partners, creating value, client growth, and strong retention. Knowledge of social media and digital platforms (in particular TikTok) is a big advantage. Experience with Gen Z and millennial branded content is preferred.

LOCATION: This role is REMOTE and we are open to the person being based anywhere in the US, with preference to the EAST COAST.
BASE SALARY: $100,000 per annum.
OTE: $225,000 (example, based on an annual goal of $2.5m)
Our Ways of Working
As a remote-first company you will be working across multiple time zones with team members located across the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States (predominantly New York & LA).
What you’ll be doing:
The Senior Brand Partnerships Manager will work within the Kyra Sales Department, working closely with the Client Services, Integrated Marketing, Creative, Production and Casting Teams. You will be responsible for:
- Building strong prospect target lists across assigned categories
- Utilising provided sales tools to support prospecting
- Achieving assigned quarterly sales goals
- Using industry contacts and knowledge to achieve a higher-than-average closing rate
- Thinking strategically about assigned categories and RFP submissions
- Selling programs that meet prospects’ marketing goals
- Communicating with strong verbal and written skills
- Generating new custom ideas to anchor category assignments
- Using reporting and results as a tool for upselling
- Maintaining deep relationships with Kyra clients, managing both active and quiet times
To thrive in this role we think you’ll need:
- Minimum of 3+ years of digital advertising, branded content sales, creator/influencer marketing preferably with some experience in Gen Z marketing
- A good understanding of social platforms for Gen Z (particularly TikTok)
- Previous experience in a creative environment such as an agency, creator marketing platform, studio production or brand publisher
- Experience and knowledge of selling content partnerships to both brands direct and media agencies
- Proven track record of reaching assigned sales goals
- Proactive, energetic attitude and desire to work in a results-oriented and deadline-driven environment
- Desire and ability to closely manage client relationships
- Team player who works well with support teams, colleagues, and other company departments
- Strong knowledge of branded content selling, including the latest news happenings at brands
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Outstanding organisation, time-management, follow-through skills, and the strong desire to achieve target results
How we’ll measure your success:
In your first 90 days we’ll expect you to:
- Follow a 90 day three-phase onboarding plan, with clear targets and benchmarks to be met
- Be capable of understanding Kyra’s business, products and position within the creator economy
- Build comprehensive brand target lists
- Build a comprehensive prospecting plan focussed on volume
- Attend training sessions, specific to the Kyra sell
- Shadow existing sellers on new business calls
- Build a pipeline of warm clients
- Build a pipeline of RFPs
- Act autonomously as a seller within Kyra by the end of the period
