Your Role


DAILY DUTIES

  • Supervise flow of information daily (timing, validation)
  • Train employees on the paperwork process and validation steps
  • File, organize and archive production folders
  • Enter key information in the system
  • Ensure that information is correctly entered in the system
  • Secure dispatch information (lot# approved, available and accurately dispatched to the clients based on the order)
  • Follow up on paperwork training and accuracy with Shift leaders, Production Supervisor and Logistic Supervisor.
  • OTHER DUTIES
  • Ensure daily inventory is accurate and available and meets company target (minimum inventory)
  • Provide feedback on inventory level to Logistic Assistant and Logistic Supervisor.
  • Verify KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and ensure their accuracy
  • Bring support to QA for any required paperwork for permits, audits and/or NC
  • Coordinate monthly physical inventory in house and with subcontractors.
  • Provide Inventory reconciliation.
  • Responsible for the monthly industrial reporting (due 15th of the month) including but not limited to:

About You
  • High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably having prior experience in operating a wastewater treatment system.
  • Prior experience in environmental regulatory reporting related to Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit, SARA 312 Tier II, SPCC and SWPPP is beneficial.
  • Experience in tracking, analyzing, and reporting environmental data a plus.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams, etc.)
