Dave Loden Construction is hiring long-term and/or short-term laborers and roofers for low-slope membrane roofing throughout Northern WY. Although we do work state-wide, most our work tends to be primarily in Buffalo, Sheridan, Casper, and Gillette. We will train you, experience not required! Drivers license preferred, but not required. Pay Scale $15/hr - $22/hr and beyond depending on experience, skill, and production. Plus, performance bonuses on top of base pay. Great opportunity for advancement. We have an awesome profit sharing program that can increase income 25%+ over base wages. We work throughout Wyoming. Most of our current work is located in Casper, Sheridan, and Buffalo, Wyoming. This job does involve travel and working away from home. We provide motel rooms for you when you are working away from your home. We will provide a motel for the night prior to any day you are scheduled to work.

Our foreman drive company trucks that you would be welcome to ride in if you are coming/going from a similar location. But, it is your responsibility to get yourself to work each week wherever that may be. Depending on where you live, you may have to drive to the work site each week, or at least drive to the town where your foreman lives to ride with them from there.

We typically schedule 5 - 10-hour days.

Work consists of membrane roofing installation on flat roofs.

We have a supportive and lighthearted work environment but all work is physical labor outdoors. We work in the cold of winter and the heat of summer. We push hard and work hard. We work as a team so that we all make a good living, but it is hard work.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Please describe any experience you have had with: single-ply membrane roofing, roofing in general, or construction experience. Please be specific.
• You will be responsible for getting yourself to whatever town we are working in each week; or, at least getting yourself close to where the foreman lives to ride with them. Do you have a reliable means to get yourself to and from work?
• Unless we happen to be working in the town where you live, we frequently leave for the whole week to go to work in another town. Will this be a problem for you?
• This job will require that you do a pre-employment drug screening (not including pot, we do not test for cannabis) at a 3rd party company's location. They have offices in Sheridan and Casper. This could be done beforehand or the same day as your interview. If circumstances justify, arrangements might be made for it to be done the day you start work. Will doing a pre-employment drug screening in either Casper or Sheridan be a problem?
