This position will be responsible for servicing Holiday Inn Club Vacations club members via inbound and outbound phone calls. Club member leads will be distributed on a weekly basis and agent is responsible for booking VIP Event Packages with sales tours. Agents are required to review member account details and provide packages based on their available points. Based on eligibility, agents will provide the package details including travel dates, event date, tour date, and total package cost.

ESSENTIAL TASKS AND DUTIES:

• Servicing Holiday Inn Club Vacations Club owners for the purpose of booking vacation packages with sales tours.
• Attending team meetings and huddles once a week.
• Attending coaching, one on one, and/or training sessions with a supervisor or manager once every 4 weeks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum two years telemarketing sales experience preferably in a large call center environment.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to read/write/speak the English language, Spanish a plus.
• Understand written/oral instruction, timeshare/hospitality background preferred.
• Must be able to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on call center needs and be enthusiastic and energetic.
• Must possess basic data entry and word processing skills.
• Superior organizational and tracking skills and the ability to navigate through systems while on phone with the guest.
• Must have reliable internet access with a work area free from noise or distractions.

WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS

Schedules will vary depending on business needs, and may entail working nights, weekends and holidays. Must be flexible to work outside of departmental operating hours.
