The Bair Foundation is looking for a RECEPTIONIST for our office in KENT, OH.
The Bair Foundation is a leading treatment foster care agency that was founded in 1967 and has been nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation since 2002. We are seeking individuals who have a passion for working with at-risk youth and families. Our team consists of dedicated and committed staff members who go above and beyond to ensure our children and families are getting the best care and services. ESSENTIAL FUNCATIONS:
- Typing and electronically filing correspondence and documents
- Assist with compliance maintenance in the organization's electronic database
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate and up to date with state regulations
- Maintain schedules of staff and supervisors
- Assist with documentation regarding new staff
- Answering telephones/routing calls
- Ordering supplies/keeping office neat
- Using copier and fax machine
- Proficient in Word and Excel
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma, ability to use word processing, database and spreadsheet software proficiently.
- Must be well organized and proofread accurately.
- Prefer at least one year of general office experience.
- Experience working with Medicaid billing and insurance claims preferred.
