Tubing Attendant

Reports to: Tubing Supervisor, Tubing Manager

Job Purpose: To control the safety and order of downhill travel, while offering a memorable guest experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute tubing experience safely and efficiently according to all policies and procedures.
• Maintain all operational aspects of tubing area such as signs, adequate snow coverage, padding, mats, etc.
• Assist customers, in loading and unloading safely; Instruct customers on the safe launching of their tube downhill, and ensure their downhill path is clear.
• Operate assigned station at the highest safety standard and report any changes or disrepair immediately to the tubing or operations manager.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Maintain required records of tubing and tow lift operations.
• Greet and interact with customers effectively to create a positive experience.
• Maintain proper casual professional appearance (as determined by mgmt.) at all times.
• Be aware of all safety, payroll, and workers comp. policies.
• Be committed to customer service.

Qualifications:

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Must have a complete understanding, after training and testing, of the all tubing operations policies, and all emergency procedures in order to ensure safety.
• Must be proficient and professional in interacting with the general public, face-to-face.
• Must feel comfortable leading and delegating among a group of their peers.
• Must be punctual, meticulous, and reliable.

Working Conditions:

• Outdoors, in possible extreme weather conditions.
• Fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for an extended period of time.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects.
• Possess suitable clothing that is appropriate for anticipated and actual weather conditions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mahwah, NJ 07430: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
