Kairos Property Management is a growing company within Southwest Louisiana that is focused on providing a customer experience that is second to no one. From tenant screening to property renovations, we handle every aspect of the management of the property. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing the day to day upkeep and maintenance of all company managed properties. The property manager will be working closely with local contractors and subcontractors. We're seeking a responsible individual who has experience in property management, an eye for detail, and strong communications skills. All projects should be completed on time, within budget and subject to our high standards for quality and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Function as a liaison with tenants, vendors, and landlords.
• Know how to file and maintain records.
• Organize and manage the property by scheduling regular maintenance work.
• Maintain records of maintenance history.
• Communicate with vendors and contractors on behalf of individual buildings.
• Work quickly to resolve problems with tenants and buildings.
• Communicate well with others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
