Milestone Education is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician professional to join our facilities management team. In this role, your main task will be to assist with maintenance in and around the property, ensuring that the building remains safe and functional.
Primary responsibilities:
- . Providing year-round maintenance of the center facilities including basic carpentry, painting, HVAC and plumbing to keep the facility in working order.
- . Cleaning the buildings in and outdoors regularly to keep center presentable. Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, removing garbage, lawnmowing, planting, etc.
- Replacing broken fixtures and hardware.
Skills and Requirements:
- Must be physically capable to handle the job requirements and experienced with using heavy maintenance equipment.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Interact professionally with organization employees and guests.
- Must complete criminal background checks prior to hire.
- Must have a Flexible schedule and ability to perform tasks on nights/weekends, based on center needs.
Job Types: 40 hours/week, with flexible schedule
