Job description
- 2+ years’ experience as a project lead or project manager with a demonstrated reputation for delivering unique, high-complexity systems
- 2 years supervisory experience in a hands-on workforce in a high-reliability industry
- Working knowledge of harness assembly processes
- Able to manage 20+technicians.
- Ability to prioritize problems and reschedule work based on projected downtimes due to equipment issues on technician shortages.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Energy and passion to invent and create new solutions, challenge the status quo, and drive positive change
