Advanced Manufacturing Production Operator
Onsite: Scottsdale AZ
W2 Hourly Contract Up to $26 per hour*

As our Advanced Manufacturing Production Operator, you'll work in a team with a shared sense of purpose, performing project tasks and assignments of moderately complex nature. These duties will range from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies like modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. You'll be performing fabrication or inspection functions in a research, production or pre-production environment by reading and interpreting moderately complex schematics and drawings.
Following more advanced methods, techniques, and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on subassemblies and units, We'll rely on you to build or integrate hardware for prototypes, subassemblies or systems, perform moderately complex electrical tests along with more complex rework and refurbishment of hardware and systems.
Short version: This is a multi-faceted role which will requires technical proficiency, independent thinking and quality focus.
Experience required for consideration includes:
- US Citizenship
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4 years of hands on experience including
- Performing repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and - or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies
- Reading and interpreting moderately complex schematics and drawings
- Hardware assembly experience (hand soldering, wiring, component installation)
- Integrating hardware for prototypes
- Assembly of modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables
- Performing fabrication or inspection functions in a research, production or pre-production environment
- Knowledge of measuring/test equipment and math
- Ability to accurately complete process paperwork / entering data into the work order management system
- Solid computer, communication and time management skills
