Production Cell Leader - 2nd Shift
Production - Cell Leaders 2nd Shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm)
New Berlin Plastics is a custom injection molder in Southeastern Wisconsin. We are a stable family-owned company in business since 1975! Our business is growing and we are looking for people who want to put their talents to work, learn new skills, and grow their careers with us. We have an immediate opportunity for Cell Leader on 2nd shift to join our manufacturing group.
A Cell Leader is a hands-on role and is part of the production team which works to ensure the production of quality parts and maintains on-time delivery goals. Cell Leaders train and monitor operator performance, perform quality inspection, handle inventory control, and transport finished goods.
We are willing to train candidates that are reliable team players with a willingness to learning new skills, a desire to help resolve problems and support continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Basic computer skills, forklift certification, and injection molding experience is a plus but not required.
