Seeking qualified candidates to join our team in Hockley, TX.
Plumbing Designers are responsible for the design and layout of plumbing systems for multi-family builds. They work closely with architects and contractors to ensure that all building plans meet local code requirements and are safe for their intended use.
Plumbing designers must be able to read blueprints and other architectural drawings so they can understand how a building is being constructed. They also need strong communication skills to explain their designs to clients and contractors.
Qualifications:
- A Journeyman or Master Plumbing License.
- Must have design experience
- Must have field experience
- Must be able to red-mark drawings and supervise CAD operators
- Must be able to review design drawings and produce constructible shop drawings.
- Good working knowledge and understanding of plumbing issues related to multi-family construction.
- Must be a team player and willing to train other team members
- Pass pre-employment background check.
- Pass pre-employment and ongoing random drug tests.
