Overview

Looking for all experience levels. Paving experience preferred, but not required. On the job training provided. Learn a trade that you can take with you anywhere! Advancement opportunities available. Travel from our yard to the jobsite is provided and there are no overnight stays. Earn a year’s salary in 7 months and do what you want for the other 5 months!

Duties, Responsibilities, & Requirements

  • Work as an integral member of a team to install hot mix asphalt using hand tools and heavy equipment such as lutes, rollers, skid steers, and pavers.
  • Comply with safety rules & work in a safe manner.
  • Adhere to quality standards.
  • Assist with routine daily equipment maintenance & clean-up.
  • Show up to work on time & on a regular basis.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work effectively with others as a member of a team.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy loads, climb ladders, and perform manual labor tasks.
  • Good work ethic.
  • Prior paving experience preferred, but not required.
