JOB CALL - OFFICE ASSISTANT (FULL TIME)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, and in the office
- Filing, basic organization
- Creating work orders and managing the office Google Calendar
- Assisting the Office Manager with various task
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous office experience (preferred)
- Detail oriented and organized
- Customer service skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Experience with Quickbooks or other accounting software (preferred)*
*On the job training provided
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma (required)
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
