Title: Manager, Customer Supply Chain COE
Location: Atlanta, GA
Travel: Requires 10% travel
Reports to: Director, Customer Supply Chain
Job Summary
The primary role of the Customer Supply Chain Center of Excellence is to identify and lead E2E optimization opportunities to improve order to cash efficiency, service levels, and cost to serve while executing the company’s customer experience strategy and being a champion for joint value creation.
As an integral member of the team, the Manager, Customer Supply Chain COE will lead supply chain collaboration to focus on continuous improvement opportunities and develop solutions to drive excellence with our strategic customers. This role will lead projects to standardize processes and applications to deliver best-in-class service of a multi node business unlocking capabilities that align with the organizational priorities and better serve our customers.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Define drivers of enterprise value in customer operations and optimize them for mutual benefit with customers.
- Foster cross functional partnerships to build continuous improvement opportunities and develop solutions to drive excellence in the customer experience.
- Develop and deploy service level standards to drive consistent performance and rapid issue resolution.
- Leverage PEAK to implement a continuous improvement culture through a data-centered approach utilizing change management, value stream mapping and root cause analysis.
- Develop/share best practices and standard procedures to build institutional knowledge across the Customer Supply Chain organization.
Education, Experience & Skills Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Supply Chain or related business preferred
- 4+ years’ experience in Supply Chain in the field or within a headquarter function
- Knowledge of the levers available to deliver supply chain service across the Plan/Source/Make/Deliver verticals
- Broad knowledge of Customer Supply Chain best practices and the capability to influence by building positive working relationships and partnerships.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills along with the ability to balance being analytical and fact-based with aligning stakeholders.
- Proven track record of effectively building partnerships and cross functional collaboration.
- Ability to analyze and assess organizational needs and drive solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required.
- High level of proficiency in executive level communication and presentation.
- Experience with SAP and Power BI, preferred.
