Job Description:

As a PM Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, responsible for preparing and cooking dishes with precision and creativity. You will collaborate with our culinary team to ensure high-quality food production, while maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards. Responsibilities:

· Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications

· Set up and organize workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment

· Ensure food is cooked and presented consistently and in a visually appealing manner

· Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service

· Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines

· Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed

· Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies

· Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required

Requirements:

· Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a high-volume kitchen

· Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, flavors, and ingredient combinations

· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills

· Team player mentality with good communication and collaboration abilities

· Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as required

· Certification in food handling and safety (e.g., ServSafe) is a plus
