Who You Are

You are an experienced professional in the medical aesthetics industry with a deep understanding of skin science. You are a successful laser hair removal technician and medical aesthetician who is constantly seeking growth and improvement. You are obsessed with achieving top-tier results and are curious to always find the root cause of every aesthetic medicine condition. You are dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients, supporting providers and staff members, and ensuring the success of clinic operations.

Most of your day is spent performing Laser Hair Removal procedures. You also perform facials, HydraFacials, chemical peels, Geneo Facials, and other procedures for the face, neck, and body. You have multiple consultations per day where you connect patients with the correct treatment plan. You study your patient cases, maintain accurate logs of all procedures performed, take high-quality before and after photos, and assist the clinic in any way needed.

You constantly monitor your patient’s progress and seek opportunities for new treatments. You are highly energetic and busy throughout your day. You are patient, attentive, and always eager to learn. Your insatiable intellectual curiosity drives you to seek out new knowledge and skills continuously. You refuse to settle for mediocrity and are always pushing yourself to excel. You thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.

Expected Output

• Treat a high volume of Laser Hair Removal patients using Alexandrite, Diode, and YAG lasers.
• Achieve a 95% success rate for Laser Hair Removal treatments while continually increasing patient volume for this service.
• Effectively identify a variety of skin conditions, including both treatable and non-treatable conditions, through careful observation and analysis during a skin evaluation.
• Deliver facial treatments for the face and neck in a safe and purposeful manner, adhering to company protocols. Treatments may include, but are not limited to, Perfect B Facials, HydraFacials, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, and Geneo.
• Successfully conduct consultations and develop accurate treatment plans for patients to address their medical aesthetic conditions and help them achieve their goals.
• Achieve a 90% closure rate for Laser Hair Removal consultations and a 70% closure rate for Laser Hair Removal warranties at the end of treatment.
• Consistently meet and exceed $20,000 in monthly sales, including all treatments performed at Perfect B.
• Obtain complete knowledge of a patient's information, including medical history, treatment progress, special needs, and treatment interests, before interacting with them.
• Accurately record and log all information regarding treatments performed on patients, including taking before-and-after pictures of all procedure.
• Assist in managing the inventory of clinic supplies, including counting, reporting, organizing, and receiving them as needed.
• Consistently maintain a high standard of cleanliness by cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining the workplace and tools. Also assist in the overall maintenance of the clinic.
• Continuously seek and achieve education in the field of medical aesthetics, embracing change and growth in knowledge.
• Perform ongoing treatment evaluations before every visit and provide continuous education to patients regarding their progress, responsibilities, and all information related to their treatments.
• Provide the highest standard of luxury customer service to all patients who visit the clinic.
• Assist with any and all tasks needed around the clinic with a passion for contributing to the growth of the project.

Schedule

Full time. The work schedule consists of three to five weekdays, and every other Saturday. This schedule may be subject to change, and the employer may require the employee to work additional hours or days depending on clinic needs.

Compensation

Starting at $45,000 - $55,000 yearly base salary + monthly sales bonus. Final offers for this job will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided, commensurate with experience. Salary during the training period may vary.

Qualifications

• Licensed Facial of Full Specialist in the State of Florida.
• Licensed Electrologist in the State of Florida.
• 2+ years of successful medical aesthetics and laser hair removal work for established corporations or clinics.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work in our Doral clinic.

Aptitudes

• Significant understanding of Laser science, including its application for Laser Hair Removal and associated benefits and risks, as well as the interaction of different laser wavelengths and modalities with the skin, and their implications for Laser Hair Removal.
• In-depth knowledge of skin types, aesthetic conditions, and skincare products, including chemicals and their effects on the skin.
• Attention to detail in procedures, with a meticulous approach to work to achieve optimal results for clients.
• Ability to perform high-quality facials that incorporate specific techniques and procedures, as well as expertise in extractions, Chemical Peels, and Microneedling.
• Ability to consistently complete assigned tasks and projects, with a results-driven approach and a strong ambition for producing high-quality work.
• Effective communication skills with patients, actively listening and empathizing with them, and demonstrating a curious and empathetic approach to understanding their needs and preferences.
• Strong ambition for financial growth, with proven sales expertise, including initiating sales conversations and closing sales effectively.
• Intellectual curiosity and a desire to continuously learn and improve, with proven discipline and organization in preparing work ahead of time.
• Comfortable with following detailed protocols and procedures, with exceptional cleanliness and organizational skills.
• Experienced in providing high-end customer service and maintaining a positive, friendly attitude at all times, with the ability to control emotions effectively.
• Proactive and highly motivated to produce value, with a belief in the power of teamwork, and a strong ability to report to superiors and follow their guidelines.
