As an entry-level sales representative, the junior sales representative will help reach the sales targets set by the sales director and is expected to help increase sales by positively representing the Palmeira brand. As one of the faces of the company, the Junior Sales Representative will need to be a dedicated and determined individual that carries the drive to succeed. This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, result driven, and able to develop strong lasting relationships. The Junior Sales Representative will need to maintain a professional appearance as well as professional attitude, as every person that meets you and speaks with you will see you as the representative between them and the company.

Responsibilities:

• Promote home health services to hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, internal medicine, and other medical service providers.
• Execute client outreach via email campaigns, cold calls, and walk-ins.
• Ability to utilize the company CRM to identify new leads, create and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Qualify new leads in person, by phone, and email.
• Identify decision makers within those leads.
• Schedule meetings for the Senior Sales Representative to close on prospective clients.
• Effectively communicate at a high level with the Senior Sales Representative on a regular basis.
• Attend classes, meetings, or demonstrations designed to help you improve your skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Preferably living in San Jose, CA.
• This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, results driven, and able to develop and build strong lasting relationships.
• Must possess strong interpersonal, both verbal communication and listening skills.
• Proficient computer skills specifically Microsoft programs on iPads/Tablets/Smart phones, etc.
  
• Ability to utilize the company CRM.

• Must have a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Must have a reliable vehicle.
• Must have background check.
• Required to present a negative TB test and other tests as required by agency policy.
• Must be able to do field work.
• Must have an excellent written and verbal skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, and presentation skills.
