Job Description:

OSGO HOME, a leading home furnishings and design company, is seeking a qualified Interior Designer to join our team in El Paso, Texas. The ideal candidate must have one to two years of sales experience and one to two years of experience in interior design. The candidate should be fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate must have the ability to work independently and in a team, maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers, and be familiar with working in a commission-based sales environment.

Responsibilities:

• Help customers select and purchase OSGO HOME products • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets • Generate interior design projects for clients • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers • Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and overall sales performance • Keep up with current design trends and sales techniques • Stay up to date on interior decorating

Requirements:

• One to two years of sales experience • One to two years of experience in interior design • Fluency in English and Spanish • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and in a team • Familiarity with working in a commission-based sales environment • Experience in design, real estate or sales environment is a plus
