We are currently seeking 2 passionate Care Professionals with experience working with mobility/ fall risk patients to join our team working 8 am to 6 pm 3 to 4 days a week

Job Responsibilities
Medication Reminders
Assist clients with ambulation and mobility
Escort client to outside appointments or errands
Assist clients with personal hygiene needs
Perform light housekeeping duties
Plan and prepare meals
Document changes in client condition
Communicate with Care Managers
Eligibility Requirements
1 Year of In-Home or Facility care experience
Experience working with patients with Parkinson’s Disease
Reliable and able to work independently
Professional attitude
Eagerness to help others
Ability to use a mobile app to clock in and out
Eligible to work in the United States
