$18 per hour plus bonuses
This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm (60 mins of break time)

Qualifications:
- Time management, organizational skills, and ability to function with minimal direction.
- Experience working with staffing and scheduling preferred; preferably within a health care setting.
- Current knowledge or ability to learn all state and federal employment laws including ADA and civil rights requirements.
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written), documentation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of or ability to learn the regulatory requirements for personnel in health care.
- Knowledge of medical terminology or a general medical background desirable, but not required.
- Excellent telephone, communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities:
- Service our clients with their temporary staffing needs, by answering a high volume of calls coming into our main-line number
- We are seeking friendly, highly-skilled client services reps to make our clients feel valued and supported
- Foster positive client relations, managing inquiries, and promptly directing client needs to relevant teams/departments
- Manage the client relationship with five-star customer service approach
- Master organizational skills in a high-volume staffing environment
